Our experienced staff has been assisting the telecommunications industry in a wide variety of consulting services. We were instrumental in assisting the New York City Department of Buildings develop the rules that allow telecommunications installations in the five boroughs of NYC to be constructed without the delays involved in the zoning process.
Our mission is to provide intelligent, creative solutions to our clients while helping negotiate the New York City Building Department filing, plan examination, approval and permit process in a swift and orderly fashion to avoid costly delays in the construction process.
Over the years CPS has been assisting scores of professionals solve the problems that come with filing construction projects throughout the five boroughs. Our diversity and flexibility also enable us to navigate our way through such City Agencies as the Landmarks Preservation Commission, Bureau of Fire Prevention, Department of Transportation, Office of Environmental Remediation and the Transit Authority.
